three passes of corduroy out there but thin spots remain in all the usual places.

Very informative for a weather novice like me who’s fretting the possibility (likelihood) of major disappointment and expense. So, should i be canceling the family ski vacation to Telluride for President’s week (Feb 18-25)? I cannot bear to bring my three children here in winter time and there’s terrible skiing. Maybe plan a summer trip instead and try again next winter?

Eric.. This is a report for a cross-country/nordic/skate track near Telluride, not the ski area itself.. there isn’t much snow anywhere in the state, but Telluride/WolfCreek have the deepest base that I know of in Colo. near 30″… But skier beware, the snow isn’t plentiful anywhere… JR
