Looks like another warm, dry day for the San Juans with increasing cloudiness and winds by late afternoon. A low pressure trough is working it’s way south along the west coast and moving inland into the Great Basin by tonight. All models in agreement there is very little moisture with this storm (less than a few inches) so no great expectations. Scattered snow showers start early tomorrow above TL.
The other possible storm activity this week seem to lack dynamics or are too far to our south so not much besides some cloudiness, wind and colder temperatures into the weekend. A strong, slow moving storm bringing several days of moisture to California will move east carrying some moisture by late Sunday and Monday to our mountains.
